In light of COVID-19 Granier’s PPS is taking all precautions to keep our employees and clients safe. We are continuing to follow all CDC recommended guidelines.

Our services in detail.
HPIR - we test electrical, pressure test water lines, winterization, change locks, secure property and preform a general inspection of the safety of the property.
Winterization- drain all pipes, pressurize pipes to test for any leaks and treat with antifreeze.
Initial Clean Out - clean all personal debris from property, clean bathrooms, wipe down counters, walls, ceiling fans, mop floors, and anything else requested by client.
Initial Yard Service - Cut grass, edge, weed-eat, clean roof/gutters...
Bi-weekly inspections- we will enter property on a bi- weekly basis to check property for vandalism, water damage, roof leaks, maid service to KEEP IN READY TO SHOW CONDITION
Bi-weekly Yard Services - Keep Yard In Ready to show condition with great curb appeal.
Re-Secure - change locks to new key code and lock box codes.
Other services include- window reglazing , roof bids, pool covers, health and safety remedies
Install Dehumidifier- place a dehumidifier with drain tube.
